What should a Friendship level be worth?
Higher values make commanders with that Tavern attribute more attractive.
Use your shared commander roster, current Friendship levels, Awakening, and custom stat weights to rank every preferred Tavern gift by spending efficiency.
The planner reads the same commander Quality and Awakening roster used by the rest of the War Room. Add each commander’s current Friendship level, choose what you value, and get a separate priority list for every preferred gift type.
68 Tavern commanders are tracked. 2★ Awakening adds +1 to every Friendship attribute a commander already has. Unawakened quality gates are Grey 10 · Green 20 · Blue 30 · Purple 45 · Gold 60; Awakening raises the Friendship cap to 65 / 70 / 75 / 80 at 1★ / 2★ / 3★ / 4★.
Weights change the value of each Friendship level. Presets are only starting points; moving any slider switches to Custom.

Use upgrade and unlock suggestions when you want the planner to look beyond immediately spendable gifts.
Efficiency compares the weighted stat gain from the next Friendship level against the Friendship XP needed. Because every commander shown under a category prefers that gift, the 2× preferred-gift bonus affects them equally.
Quality and Awakening are shared with the main commander roster. Friendship level and optional next-level XP overrides stay local to this browser.
Each level adds the commander’s Tavern stars to the relevant attributes. At 2★ Awakening, every non-zero Tavern attribute gains one additional star.
Without Awakening, Grey caps at 10, Green 20, Blue 30, Purple 45 and Gold 60. Awakening then raises the Tavern Friendship ceiling by 5 per star: 65 at 1★, 70 at 2★, 75 at 3★ and 80 at 4★. The planner surfaces the required Awakening or Quality step when a commander is capped.
The score is weighted Friendship stat gain per 1,000 Friendship XP. It is a spending-efficiency measure, not a commander combat rating.
